Standard Shipping is 21 - 31 days.

Express Shipping is 14 - 21 days.

All orders are prepared and sent out for delivery within 4-5 business days. You will be updated with your tracking # via the email you provide on your order.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Orders may only be cancelled if the order has not yet shipped. Please note there will be a $10 cancellation fee for processing and administrative costs incurred.

THERE IS NO CATCH!

We are able to offer premium shoes & merchandise at such reasonable price because our merchandise is considered Unauthorized Authentic (AU).

This simply means that our products were made in the same place and with the same materials as the original product, but sold by someone else. Major shoe companies do not stick to one factory to produce their merchandise, instead they assign a certain number (i.e. 10,000) per model for each factory to produce. You will even receive the same exact packaging, laces, zip ties & accessories (if any). Yes, we are that good at what we do!
